The ability to save PDF forms without reader-enabling them first was introduced in Adobe Reader XI. The only exception to this are forms created using Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

3, 2015-10-01 01, 2015I have used Acrobat since version 4, and have always regarded the inability for those with the Acrobat Reader to not be able to save forms, as a decision by Adobe, that really disincentivised the use of *.pdf forms. Even now, very few Acrobat publishers of Acrobat forms, make the save option available.

I played the video in Firefox v34.0.5 and had no problem. I’ll ask our webmaster to check it out in IE and Firefox. In the meantime, can you try it again and let me know how it plays. Also, what version of Firefox are you using?
